JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Sales Representative, you will spend time with customers to determine their needs and discusses vehicle options. You will commit to becoming an automotive sales expert and gain in-depth knowledge of vehicles and technology.
Other responsibilities of the Consultant role include:


  • Test-driving vehicles to demonstrate industry leading features

  • Completing quotes and explain financing options

  • Following up with prospective and existing customers; returning email / voicemail to confirm their satisfaction

  • Generating new leads through closing sales and business development strategies

  • Maintain database of active prospects and sold customers

  • Developing a Personal Business Development Strategy

  • Selling vehicles at acceptable levels of volume, profit, and customer satisfaction



JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Our successful Sales Representatives come from a variety of backgrounds, both entry level and experienced sales professionals. 
We are seeking candidates who are team-oriented, competitive, accountable, and committed to improvement. You must be respectful and have a healthy passion for winning.
Other requirements of the Sales Consultant role include:


  • Experience in Sales, Outside Sales, Insurance, or Real Estate Preferred

  • Steady Work History 

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

  • Professional Appearance and Outgoing Personality

  • Ability to learn quickly and work in a team environment

  • Must pass MVR, drug testing, and background check to qualify for employment
